Our @loungenetwork.net email accounts will no longer be accepting email and have been retired

We will not be receiving email via our old @loungenetwork.net email accounts from now on. Instead we are now solely using our @loungenetwork.co.nz email addresses for all correspondence.  We haven't used email addresses using @loungenetwork.net for several years as we have been phasing it out.   All emails that clients send us need to be sent to our @loungenetwork.co.nz email addresses from now on.  Therefore please do not send us any emails to email addresses that end in  @loungenetwork.net as we wont receive them. 

New Universal Login URLs for cPanel Concorde & Libra Servers

Earlier this year hosting accounts on Concorde and Libra cPanel servers were migrated over to new servers. The Concorde server is now called Wildcat , and the Libra server is now called Gemini .  The legacy universal CPanel and Webmail logins continued to work after this migration but have now been depreciated. The new logins for your server can be found for both CPanel and Webmail below. If you try to access CPanel or Webmail through the old logins, you will get a security warning, so you need to use the new login.  CPanel http://www.web.loungenetwork.co.nz/login-cpanel.php Webmail http://www.web.loungenetwork.co.nz/login-cpanel-webmail.php Please note that if your website is hosted with a third party and you use the Wildcat or Gemini servers for email, then depending on when you setup your account and hther you are using old legacy settings, you may also need to update your incoming and outgoing mailservers in your email client so they connect directly to the server. Support for hosted email to end for Web Hosting Plans

We have been providing web hosting services for many years, and email has usually been bundled with it at no additional cost. However as it uses open source software and shares the same hosting IP as the website, it is not able to be be as robust and reliable as the services that dedicated email providers now provide. Over the years many clients have chosen to connect a dedicated email service to their hosting account with us, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365 or Zoho Mail, which offers a far more robust email solution than shared hosting service ever will. Even though email has been bundled at no extra cost, the support time required to support it has been very costly and it is no longer cost effective to provide support for it. Emergency Maintenance at 5.30pm today: Shared Mail Platform at Auckland Datacentre

UPDATE - 25/06/2013 18:28 NZST (6:30PM) Maintenance has now been completed. All shared mail services are functioning as expected. Thank you for your patience and understanding while this work was undertaken and apologizes for any inconvenience caused. ----- This message only applies to clients on our Premium unmetered hosting plans.  A critical issue with the Auckland based shared mail platform has been identified. In order to correct this and ensure the consistency of customer data, emergency maintenance will be undertaken by our upstream providers from 17:30 NZST today (5:30PM Tuesday 25th June 2013) At this time, an estimated duration for this work is not available. This maintenance window will be used to migrate customers to a standby replica system. It is important to note that no customer data will be lost as a result of this maintenance work.
