This is just a network announcement regarding the Wellington Earthquakes, and the large Earthquake that struck on Sunday afternoon. These Earthquakes have caused no problems for us. Although our head office is located in the Wellington region, and we certainly felt the earthquakes, it has caused no damage in our office or surrounding area.
The hosting infrastructure where most of our clients websites are hosted, is in professional datacentres in Auckland, well away from both Wellington and Christchurch. So clients can be assured that websites will not be affected by these earthquakes.
As you maybe aware, the Wellington CBD is closed tommorrow, Monday, due to some damage to buildings in the Wellington CBD. However because our office isn't in the CBD, this will not affect us, so it is business as usual for us.
