All hosting plans have comprehensive documentation. Online Support is given for server and server related issues only, and not for web design of website script issues, which are the responsibility of the websites developer. All servers are monitored 24/7 by our upstream providers.
We also have comprehensive instructions, with illustrated 'Step by Step' instructions in this knowledge base, showing you how to use your web hosting plan and setup your email software.
If you need additional help, you can email us. Usually your e-mail will be answered within a couple of hours, during normal working hours Monday to Friday. Response times do vary during the day depending on demand. Limited Emergency Support outside of business hours is available, but is charged for.
